The strawberry jam and mango jam used at Icha Boba are made by ourselves without any preservatives or additives. Whenever the jam is not used up within two days we will throw it away in order to ensure only fresh jam is used. We never use powder to make cheese foam cap and only use real cream cheese, heavy cream and fresh milk, as a result our cheese foam cap is much more silky and fragrant.
